Great Falls Preparing for series against Boise

The boys in green and red just wrapped up a 3-3 series tie in their inaugural series against the Oakland Ballers, and now are looking ahead to a 6-gamer against the Boise Hawks. This will be the first meeting this season between the two teams.

The Voyagers also made a few transactions heading into this series, as was announced Tuesday Morning. The team moved 1B/RF Mahki Backstrom to the 10-day IL, and 2B Kody Putnam to the 60-day IL. Due to these injury issues, the team had to make some moves. They announced this morning that outfielder Ryan Holgate and infielder Luke Fennelly. Holgate is coming over from the Winnipeg Goldeyes, and Fennelly is joining us after ending his stint with Billings after injury issues.

The second half of the 2024 Pioneer League regular season resumes tonight at 7 PM at Voyagers Stadium! The Boise Hawks come to town for six games, anticipated started for the Voyagers tonight is Jason Pineda.
